DISTILLERIE BOLOGNE - VISIT

The Bologne distillery, the oldest in Guadeloupe, is located on a three-century-old cane plantation that stretches from the slopes of the Soufrière volcano to the Caribbean Sea. It is one of the three local companies to hold the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (EPV) label, a label awarded by the State to French companies with excellent know-how.
Our spiritourism tour allows us to meet the tourist demand, but also local, to discover the history of Guadeloupe through the history of agricultural rum and sugar cane, local products.

The tour, offered in bilingual version, lasts one hour. Visitors are invited to discover the entire production process from the fields to the bottle and its ecosystem. The shop, which was completely redesigned a few years ago, is unique in Guadeloupe, offering visitors a bird's eye view of the ageing cellar.

You can taste all our rums in an authentic, typically Guadeloupean setting.
Our shop is open from Monday to Saturday from 8am to 1pm.
Guided tours are offered at the following times:
Monday to Friday: 10am - 11am - 12pm
Saturday: 10am and 11am
