For your stays in Guadeloupe, Tropic et Chic offers you 3 villas on the heights of Sainte-Anne. Of recent construction and in a modern style, the villas were conceived and arranged especially to offer a product of tourist hiring of high quality in term of comfort and equipment, private swimming pools and sight on the sea!

Inside the villas, we have taken care of the decoration and the layout. The rooms are spacious and bright and open onto the terraces. The bedrooms and living rooms are air-conditioned but also equipped with ceiling fans. The kitchens are fully equipped and open onto the living rooms where the leather sofas can be converted into a real bed for 2 people (140 x 200) with a very comfortable mattress.

The rooms are bright: you will spend excellent nights on a king size bed (180 x 200) with hotel quality bedding and linen.

Each room has a private bathroom.

Of course, we provide the bathroom linen that we have chosen from the Linvosges brand hotel collection, which equips the best hotels. A bathrobe and slippers are waiting for you in your rooms for cozy moments. We will also have the pleasure of offering you welcome products from a line of cosmetics with tonic and invigorating accents. The living rooms and all the rooms are equipped with televisions.

But in Guadeloupe, in the tropics, the main room is... outside!

It is on the terraces of the villas that you will take full advantage of the surrounding calm, the Trade Winds and the beautiful view that surrounds you. You will take your meals under the pergola adjacent to your swimming pool.

You will also be able to lounge on deckchairs or outdoor armchairs installed on the terraces of the rooms. We have chosen quality furniture to offer you the best comfort.

Villa Wow is the largest of the 3 villas on the Tropic et Chic site: it has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. As you enter the villa, a large bay window will offer you a beautiful panorama on the surrounding countryside and the garden. Go on the terrace and you will discover a very nice view on the sea and the island of Marie-Galante. The living room, open on the terrace, is equipped with a sofa bed in a real bed of 140 wide. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, induction cooker, food processor, espresso and traditional coffee machine...) Each room, accessible from the living room, is independent and also offers direct access to the terrace. The private bathrooms are semi-open in the bedrooms and are equipped with double sinks, toilets and a walk-in shower. The villa also has an additional independent toilet. It is on the large terrace of the villa Wow that you will fully enjoy the calm surrounding, the Trade Winds and the beautiful view that surrounds you. You will take your meals under the pergola adjacent to your swimming pool. You will also be able to lounge on deckchairs or outdoor armchairs installed on the terraces of the rooms. We have chosen quality furniture to offer you the best comfort. Of course we provide you with large pool linens. Please note that the pool is accessible on the same level, directly from the terrace. It is protected by an alarm but we draw your attention to the danger for children under 6 years old who are not swimmers. A few steps away from the pool you will have access to an outdoor shower. The living room, open to the terrace and the garden, is equipped with a sofa that converts into a real bed of 140 wide. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, induction hob, coffee machines with pods and traditional, food processor etc. ...). The room opens onto a terrace and the garden (synthetic grass) from where you can see the sea. The bathroom is semi-open in the room and is equipped with double basins, WC and a shower in the Italian.the villa also has an additional independent WC. All rooms are air-conditioned and also equipped with fans. On the terrace, you will take full advantage of the surrounding calm, the trade winds and the beautiful view that surrounds you.
