MONTEBELLO DISTILLERY - HÉRITIERS MARSOLLE DE PÈRE EN FILS

HISTORY

Built in 1930, the distillery was bought in 1966 by Jean Marsolle and his son Alain, who was 30 at the time.

In 1975, the distillery marketed its rum under the name of "Rhums Montebello" and acquired new equipment.

Since January 2012, the Montebello distillery has been run by the third generation of the Marsolle family.

It is now Grégory and his brother Dominique who are taking over the reins left by their father Alain in order to maintain the tradition.
