ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION

Tai Chi is an ancestral art of Chinese origin. It was developed more than 500 years ago and would have been invented by a Taoist monk.
Classified as an internal martial art, Tai Chi includes a rich set of martial techniques such as: parries, strikes and grabs, fluidity, release and breathing.
