Résidence Paradis is a complex of five T2 apartments on two levels. The apartments range in size from 54 m² to 62 m². This now three-star establishment offers all the comforts required for short-term or multi-month seasonal rentals.

The complex is located at Bel Air Desrozières in Petit Bourg, a central point in the Guadeloupe archipelago, allowing tourists to easily access the entire territory. No need to split your stay and rent in several communes of the department. Here you're in the center of Guadeloupe, the ideal starting point for visiting all the communes or heading off in all directions with minimum traffic jams. The beaches of Petit bourg, the rivers, the Mamelles rainforest and hiking trails are just 15 minutes away. The Cousteau Reserve, diving sites and Pointe Noire beaches are 20 minutes away. Parc Coluche in Deshaies, Malendure beaches and heritage sites are 25 minutes away. Nautical activities, excursions, shuttles to the outbuildings - everything is accessible within less than an hour.

It can accommodate up to four people thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. The living room has a 130cm large flat-screen Android TV, and the air-conditioned bedroom has an 82cm connected TV so you can follow your series on Netflix or other channels (you'll need to have your subscriptions). In addition to the others, the apartment has a dressing room adjoining the bedroom, a jacuzzi (not available at the moment) in a private and discreet space specially dedicated to this apartment, and a relaxation and sunbathing area. - The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils, oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker, etc. - The bedroom is air-conditioned with a large dressing room and a queen-size bed (160x200). A second TV in the bedroom. A large window offers a lovely view of the canopy and jacuzzi area. Bedding and pillows are changed weekly. A safe, ironing board and iron are available in the dressing room. - Bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine. Towels and sheets are changed weekly. - A living room with a sofa that converts into a bed for two extra people. A large 82cm Android TV allowing you to watch your Netflix or other subscriptions.
