The villa Florentine has 3 bedrooms with direct access to the pool and the tropical garden. You will find vanilla, banana trees, coconut trees, bougainvillea, tiare flowers. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with dressing room.
On the first floor there is a second terrace, a kitchen and a living room with a sublime 360 degree view: on one side the Caribbean Sea, on the other the deep sea with its hilly landscapes.
The villa is located in a quiet residential area a few hundred meters from the beach of Anse des Rochers, famous for its white sand, and a few minutes from downtown Saint-François and the famous Rotunda market.
Ideally located in Saint-François, close to the tourist road, Villa Florentine is 40 minutes from the airport. Supermarkets, restaurants and beaches are all within minutes.
The villa was restored in 2019 and 2020, it obtained in 2020 the LABEL 3* MEUBLÉ DE TOURISME for 8 persons. For your comfort and the good maintenance of the villa, the swimming pool specialist comes once a week to clean the pool, check the water parameters (PH, salinity ...) and the gardener every 15 days so it is possible that they come during your stay.
