  Each gite includes: A kitchen with oven, 2 hotplates, microwave, fridge/freezer, crockery, toaster, coffee maker, a mezzanine bedroom with 160 by 200 bed, closet and safe, a living room with 2-seater sofa bed, a shower room with shower and toilet, a terrace overlooking the garden, with exotic wood sitting area, drying rack, barbecue in the garden. Air-conditioning (extra charge of 20 € per week), air fan in the room, radio/cd/k7. Sheets, towels and cloths changed every week. A TV corner (TNT 10 channels) with a living room and a small library is located under the swimming pool's carbet.

  The villa Atemoya is located at 400 m from the beach of Bas Vent Fort Royal. It is composed of 3 cottages. The Fleur de Canne cottage can comfortably accommodate 2 to 4 people. It includes a terrace with a sheltered kitchen, a living room with 2 benches that can be transformed into 90cm beds, an air-conditioned bedroom with a 160cm bed and a mosquito net, a bathroom with double sinks and an Italian shower. At the back of the villa is a beautiful swimming pool with salt treatment and a deck common to the 3 cottages. The owners, Philippe and Sylvie, live on site and will be happy to inform you about the good addresses in Guadeloupe. Equipment : Air conditioning in the bedroom (1 bed in 160), 1 bathroom (Italian shower, 2 basins) separate toilet, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, TV TNT, wifi,. Washing machine and dryer common to the 3 cottages in the laundry room. Secured salt water swimming pool to share with the 2 other gites. Fenced land of 1500 m2.

  Zuli, the villa of all superlatives. You could spend hours contemplating the beauty of the view from the living room or the infinity pool of the Zuli villa. This is the ultimate atypical villa! Clinging to the top of a morne, the infinity pool is the place around which life is organized. The living room with the open kitchen on one side, the first bedroom on the other. From everywhere, the view towards the Caribbean Sea is a magnet for the viewer. Then thanks to these two walls of blackout blinds in wood, it is the outside vegetation that seems to enter the villa. The sensation is unique and allows to take advantage of the natural ventilation of the trade winds. In the evening, the sunset is a great show. A second bedroom with bathroom is located on the lower level. Each room has its own bathroom and air conditioning. The villa can accommodate a total of 5 people. Because of its atypical layout (stairs without ramp, overflowing pool above a 6 m low), the villa is not recommended for children and teenagers.
