BOLOGNE MASTER CLASS

Participate in a master class to discover a Guadeloupean rum, made in the purest of the traditions of agricultural rums and according to a process respectful of agro-processing, taste refined rum dishes

Your guided tour will begin with a presentation of the history of the oldest rum production unit in Guadeloupe, visit of the distillery and, master class around white rum, amber and old, then you will walk within the distillation unit in which you will be presented the processes of grinding, fermentation of the Cane and then the final step the distillation and maturation of the Rum.

You will then go to the bottling plant where you will see the bottling and marketing preparation process and then you will attend an interactive Master class where you will discover the glass to select, the aromas, flavors and ways to enjoy and taste a selection of white rums from Black Cane and Old Rum with local sweet and savoury entremets. You can end the visit with preferred purchases.
